Email handling according to GDPR
If you email a question, message or license request, you naturally also give your consent to use the details provided to reply properly, whether it’s an answer to a question, a quote, a music license or a response to another subject. Any personal information will be deleted asap, for instance after an email conversation has ended and is not relevant anymore. Any business related information will be stored as long as needed for the project in question and to uphold Swedish company laws.
By sending an email any data submitted will be handled securely and with outmost privacy only to be used for its intended original purpose.
You will not be added to any email news list. No personal information will be shared with any other parties. No information will be stored longer than necessary. All according to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Correspondence that isn’t project or business related will be removed when it’s not relevant anymore. Quotes will be removed after they have expired. Business related emails will be stored as long as needed to uphold Swedish company laws. If you are a previous customer, you can at any time request details on what personal data is being stored.
Data requests
You’re most welcome as a customer to request any personal or company data that’s being stored about you. You can review and edit your data being stored at any time on you wish. You can ask for that data to be deleted, with the limitation that it must not breach any company laws or regulations mentioned on this page before it’s being deleted.
